66. Where a judgment on the merits is rendered, the fees are as follows:
Class I: $950;
Class II: $1,400;
Class III: $1,600;
Class IV: $1,900;
Class V: $2,240.
Those fees are also applicable to a judgment of the Court of Appeal rendered on an application for an interlocutory injunction that terminates the action or to a judgment from that Court on a motion for a permanent injunction that was not preceded by a judgment on an interlocutory application that it would have rendered.
